Amaia Garmendia (Hondarribia, 1977). Graduated in Advertising and Public Relations by Universidad de Navarra (1999), Master in Fine Arts and Marketing by Tracor (2000), MBA by Mondragón Unibertsitatea (2008), Expert in Corporate Social Responsability (CSR) by Observatorio de RSC (2021) and student of Philosophy in Universidad del País Vasco (EHU-UPV). My professional experience starts in advertising agencies in Madrid from where I move to the technological field working as consultant and project manager for companies like Intelligent Advisors (Altran Group) and Overalia (pioneer company in SEO and SEM from Basque Country). In 2007 I founded Movimiento Sísmico, from where we provide a global service of consultancy to foreign brands that need to implant in Spain, and develope design and production projects for other customers from a paradigm shift towards sustainability.

Felipe Apalategui (Donostia, 1973). Graduated in Law, collegiate in Guipúzcoa. I have extensive experience in the legal consulting sector in the commercial field, as well as in negotiating and developing agency, distribution and supply contracts in national and international environments. I have the experience of managing companies and dealing with investment grous, covering their legal and business needs of different types.
